She’s A Rebel
A tale of a pirate heist inspired by one of history’s true wild women. Anne Bonny fights like a man, survives because she is a woman.
She’s A Rebel is my first stop motion short and certainly my most epic production. I set out to create a rollicking animated tale for adults. She’s A Rebel is all about guns, boobs, blood and adventure.
I made the film over the past two years in my small Brooklyn studio with nothing more than a minuscule budget, fierce determination and a handful of amazingly dedicated volunteers.
